Every once in awhile a book comes along,that makes you re-think about what you may know about a certain period and time. Joe Boyd’s White Bicycles is such a book. Joe is sort of Zelig of the 60’s, being everywhere that seems to matter and taking on such tasks as: stage manager, record producer, club owner, music department head etc. The stories boggle the mind.

Thanks to Gary Stewart! I just have to say that this is the best show on TV, and though I may be late to the party, I caught up and saw every episode before the end of season 3. Sadly it will be going the way of the wild west very soon, but it is truly head and shoulders above anything else on the air!
