When The Quick broke up, I ran to the UK. In many ways, it is a part of my life, where many things almost happened. I almost joined Ian North from Milk and Cookies in Neo. He was on Jet and Don Arden would not pay for my visa.
I did become friends with ex-ATV ALEX FERGUSSON, he lived in a squat Psychic TV in the basement, and we worked on songs.
Fred and Judy Vermorel had written a Sex Pistols book and had a project they were working on.
Alex and I were hired to cut a few songs at Wessex Studios for the project, they hired out a Rogers drum set and paid me 45 pounds and lunch.
I never heard the session until today on this box set that Alex sent over to me. 1978 comes roaring back!
