Farewell Pete Dello

Summer of 1968 I spent a huge portion in Israel. The radio was heavily influenced by the UK. Out of nowhere I heard I Can’t Let Maggie Go. When I landed in the UK, it was one of the first records I bought. In some ways this song influenced me more than many of my favorite bands.

It is in my bloodstream.

As I got older, I found out about his long career prior to the Honeybus 45. His other recordings with the band his departure, and other magnificent records. Like many other super talents. Showbiz is hard to be a part of.

Amazing talent and truly thank him for making me smile at the worst and best times.
I can not really express how much I respected his music.

As long as I am around, I will always be thinking of you. Farewell Pete Dello.
